My overall stay at the hotel was very good, and the suite I moved to was excellent and worth every cent. I appreciate the staff’s cooperation with the room change.
However, I do have a comment regarding housekeeping. The room was only cleaned when I called, and even then, the service took quite a long time to arrive. I hope the response time for housekeeping can be improved in the future, as it’s an important part of the guest experience.

This was our first stay in Jeddah, and the level of service at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. They treated us as family, gave us tours of the huge hotel and the Corniche. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a fruit basket. The lobby is incredible with live music in the evenings. The restaurant may be a little over priced but with will prepared food and wonderful service. The live band was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The shower had low pressure and odd temperature settings. Overall, one of our favorite stays. We will be back. I wouldn't consider staying at a different hotel. This felt like home.

第一次見沒有浴缸的栗子、沒有任何智能設備的栗子、窗簾不能完全遮光的栗子、但早餐沒得説、公區非常豪華、服務非常好。

酒店就在海邊，早晚出去沿著海邊跑步很舒服！ 附近沿著海邊的餐廳很多！ 酒店服務人員很友善，態度很好！ 早餐品種豐富！ 去的時候住客應該不多， 因此價格和其它市區的酒店差別不大！

特別舒服，來其他最正確的選擇！離海濱很近，這邊很多小野貓，晚上出去就能放松，回到酒店感覺到很溫馨，準備以後定點思卡爾頓。

We booked 2 rooms last minute before heading to Jeddah.
Everything was perfect
The staff were very helpful and the price was excellent.
The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed, I believe for maintenance.
